Water Loss--Extraction of water

This before and after pictures shows a simple water extraction from a water damage.  This was a bank that had flooding from rain coming into the structure from outside. We extracted all the water from the glued down commercial carpet and sprayed it with an antimicrobial.

While even doing an extract and spray we like to check surrounding materials and walls to see if the areas are wet as well and will give recommendations on the proper IICRC standard process drying the structure.
