Before & After Mold Remediation

This mold remediation is on a garage located in Moss Point, MS. This was caused by the exterior brick wall getting water in behind the sheathing, insulation, and drywall in which, causing mold from the humidity and water intrusion.

This structure is open to outside element at times and does not have direct air flow form a HVAC unit like inside the home. This means it cannot dry the air, so when water comes in and does not dry it can cause mold to grow since it got trapped behind all of the building materials.  

We did several air quality test to verify that the space was indeed free of any harmful mold spores throughout the remediation process.
