Mold in bathroom in Gulfport, MS

These pictures shows a before and after where there was moisture trapped behind tile in a shower. It had an unknown continuous leak behind the wall and caused the mold. This is already a high humidity/moisture area because of the continuous moisture exposure, but increased due to the unknown leak.

The after pictures show after we have removed the affected material. After the gut we will clean the affected studs, and anything that needs to be sealed will be. There are water stains that cannot be cleaned off and sometimes you can see that mold “stains” affected material that goes away after it has been sealed.

**Please note we cannot tell it is actually mold until an Air Quality test has been performed.
